Hi,

I have 5+ years work experience, based in India and currently looking out to work in Canada. I do not have a job offer to work in Canada, still can we apply for the PR visa? and apply for jobs.

Also, If someone could help me as in how to calculate the total points needs to be scored in ILETS & eligibility.
