hi to all, i am on the process of applying for my work permit, my job fall under NOC B and can apply for AINP, i already mention it to my employeer to help me to process or fill up the forms but i don't get any response from them...
please give me an advise how to convince my employer so that i can apply work permit and at the same time the AINP.

thank you for reading this and please help me to convince them.

In order to apply for AINP Employer Driven stream, the employer must sponsor you. Typically they wait a few months to see if you're going to work out before they'll sponsor you for AINP. This might be perceived as fairly aggresive if you are asking for them to sponsor you for AINP before you arrive in Canada. Come to Canada, show them you are a good worker and hopefully they'll sponsor you.
