I completed 10th in 2012 and 12th 2015 instead of 2014 cz I failed in one subject and had to reappear in 2015
Would this 1 year gap create any consequences?
If so
How to deal with it

Specify the reason of dropping 1 year in your SOP. Maybe then it would not cause much harm to the application.

My consultant say we should not write things which would have negative impact

well if you prefer the words of your consultant you dont really need to ask us....

anyway they will know you had a gap. if you want to ignore explaining go ahead but be prepared to do so when asked or when they reject your study permit
