Hi guys.

Please interpret my GCMS notes.

AOR ==> August 5th. BG Check in progress ==> Nov 14th.

GCMS
*****
1. Updated Date: 2015/11/19
2. App Status Reason: In- progress
3. Category: SW1 FED

ASSESSMENTS (→ this is the summary of the application. You can see the overall status here if completed or not.)
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

Due Date: 2016/01/01

In the NOTES: It says
"RPRF complete. File is RFV"

1. The latest officer review notes happened on Nov 14. The same exact day BG went to in-progress for me. And this is what it reads:

Officer Review: FOSS CHECK COMPLETED: no adverse information. EXPERIENCE R75(2) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - satisfied. R76(1) SELECTION CRITERIA - POINTS - satisfied. R76(1) SELECTION CRITERIA- POINTS - satisfied. PA has sufficient settlement funds. SELECTION PASSED ADMISSIBILITY: No crim concerns (some words got cut off. Medicals also passed)
RPRF complete. File is RFV

I understand RFV means Ready for Visa. But will there be further reviews?

1. What do you make of the GCMS notes. Does it look like I am through? Or could there be a hiccup in the end?
2. If everything is in order as of Nov 14th. The time I ordered GCMS notes, how come I get no email/dm/PPR from CIC, yet?
3. Due date is Jan 1st 2016. Does it mean I will hear something from them.

Would Appreciate a Response.

Thanks Smiley

So yes! Your file seems to have made it through the tedious process. You are now ready to receive the PPR soon. Since you mention that the due date given is 1st January, your interpretation is correct. You will most probably hear something before 1st January, if not (due to the holidays) in the first week of January 2016.

All the best!

I applied through CEC but got my AOR on the exact same day (August 5th)...I got a ghost email on November 14th. Hopefully this means that I'll also be seeing PPR sometime soon as well.

Thanks
Phil89.
The previous one looks like this:

***AGENT REVIEW** POLICE CERTIFICATES R-10 OK Letter of explanation regarding FBI Clearances from USA on application. All other required police certificates on application; all NRT. EDUCATION DOCUMENTS ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as Master's degree. Credential is consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility. AGE Applicant's age reviewed and no change from ITA to e-APR.

Not sure about the number of eligibility reviews. If by reviews you mean notes. I have total of around 16 Notes.

I am outland FSW. I used a third party service visafile.info There is a consent form that I signed and gave it to them. It needs some details like Express Entry Number etc. Apart from that I don't think there is any other document that you need to upload.

Thank you! So you don't have a note that says anything about your duties and letter of reference from work?

I was concerned about job related duties and reference letters as well. I just skimmed through the gcms. I will go through it again and update here if I find anything.

However, in the latest notes I found a mentioning of EXPERIENCE.

Officer Review: FOSS CHECK COMPLETED: no adverse information. EXPERIENCE R75(2) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - satisfied. R76(1) SELECTION CRITERIA - POINTS - satisfied. R76(1) SELECTION CRITERIA- POINTS - satisfied. PA has sufficient settlement funds. SELECTION PASSED ADMISSIBILITY: No crim concerns (some words got cut off. Medicals also passed)

75. (1) For the purposes of subsection 12(2) of the Act, the federal skilled worker class is hereby prescribed as a class of persons who are skilled workers and who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada and who intend to reside in a province other than the Province of Quebec.

Skilled workers
(2) A foreign national is a skilled worker if

(a) within the 10 years preceding the date of their application for a permanent resident visa, they have at least one year of continuous full-time employment experience, as described in subsection 80(7), or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment in one or more occupations, other than a restricted occupation, that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;

(b) during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and

(c) during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.

Minimal requirements
(3) If the foreign national fails to meet the requirements of subsection (2), the application for a permanent resident visa shall be refused and no further assessment is required.

SOR/2004-167, ss. 27, 80(F).

I think I might be through with the job duties/reference letter as well.

I haven't gotten the PPR yet or any email from CIC which is killing me though...
