Restricted: No Label: Eligibility Office: Singapore Text: 30 yo single male, Bangladesh national, to attend Yorkville U taking BBA degree program. Start dates of Jul2020 or Oct2020. PA applied 24Sep2020 and LOA is dated 24Mar2020. $10K bursary granted and LOA cites total program tuition at $57K CAD. Proof of funds looks OK overall. PA states he is marketing manager with S... Food and Agro Products Ltd. Since 2012. Employment letter states they will hold position for him and that they have gifted him a sum of money as support. Open source search for the company nets little result — mainly a Facebook page with no real info and a computer-generated image of an office building. Searching Facebook for the company also nets a page for F. Haque, who appears to be the person who signed PA's employment letter. I note that F. Haque posted promotional material for "Global Express" a consulting agency offering assistance in obtaining work permits in Canada. I note that PA's employment letter indicates "he increased our sales by 30% through active marketing in different online and physical platforms," and yet this company appears to have very little online presence. He submits a "Certificate of Achievement" given to him by his employer for "outstanding performance as a digital marketer" but the company's online presence is not consistent with this. Appears they don't even have a company website. PA lists no previous post-secondary education on application form. PA provides written submission addressing refusal grounds of last application. I note that he has changed schools (but program remains the same), and re-sat IELTS to earn a 6.5 overall score. Secondary transcripts: poor results. PA is young, single, no kids, = weak family ties. /// On the whole, I am not satisfied that the intent is for PA to be a bona fide student in Canada. Application refused.
this was an open bookcase where the VO just googled the company you worked for and just by the power of Facebook! he was convinced that you aren't a legitimate student. Furthermore, I don't think it's going to get any easy to convince future VO with your current remarks. The best bet is to show that you have ties to the country such as parents, siblings, property, proof to them that you have strong relations. Since you are unmarried with no children I believe it going to get tougher for you. I suggest you apply for a work permit or a PR instead

thank you for your suggestion.i will not give up until they ban me for 5 years.i have submitted genuine and authentic docs. i did not made up anything or fraud. the problem is i really dont understand how to prove it
How to prove to future VOs that they made a mistake and that your work experience documents are authentic is one of the features of your application that make this the steep hill I'm talking about. Could you please let me know if you used an agent/immigration consultant to apply?

i could imagine the struggle i have to face to convince the vo. first time i applied on my own but after refusal I've appointed a paralegal also he ran a education agency who's very efficient about the application but now i think he made it more complicated

thanks for your valuable suggestion. i am thinking the same because after reading the GCMS thoroughly i believe vo pointed at two things one is family ties and the other is bona fide student.
