Hi Everyone!!!

I just need some info I hope someone can really help me here.. My brother has applied for the engineering manager under FSW aND HIS FILE WAS RECEIVED and signed on 24th july,2013 but his cc has not been charged is there any way u can help me find if his file was taken in before the cap was closed on 18 October,2013
