I am planing to apply visit visa for my wife and kids in December and travel in end of January just i want to ask they give visa for January there is no any objection if i travel in winter ? please i need your advice .

Two questions 1)why wait until December to apply for a visa with travel in January given no guarantee you might get a visa in time plus advisable to not book travel until have a visa in hand making last minute booking potentially more expensive. 2)why do you think travelling in winter is any different to any other time of the year where a visa is concerned, true is pretty cold but makes no difference visa wise.
Thanks for reply actually there is my wife grandfather death anniversary in January and her real uncle inviting her that s why i afraid if there is no chance why i pay and loos fee amount
