greetings to all,

I really need an advise especially at this critical stage, I already applied for OR in 2006 and got rejected in 2008,its a real trauma to go through the rejection stage,to much time to wait and money on agencies then u got rejected so ugly, finaly i decided to apply by my own without any agency or solicitor ,i sent my application on 24th December 2011, under NOC 7242,and got PER by email on 24th February although the Ecas says they recieced my papers on 3 january, anyhow, i have serious doubts and would appreciate if ppl with experience can assist me here,as i am in the begging stage and want to correct the mistakes i made during preparing my ducuments.

1- biggest mistake is i sent only copies of my work experience, job description and academic qualifications aslo the academic qualifications and birth certificates of my wife as well all are copies.

NOW,shall I certifiy them from a public notary and send them to London visa office while the ecas showing in process or wait for them to reply and ask me to send the originals ........i am afraid they might take a decision of rejection based on insuffient proof of experience and qualification.....what to do please?

2- in the police certificate ,the officer typed the birth date of my wife incorrectly ( day and month) year is ok...i didnt notice that at that time ....but discovered it later....shall i reapply for the Police certitificate again and send them to LVO or wait for their update as well.

3- my wife is pregnant at her 6 month, shall i send an update letter to the LVO or wait till the baby is born INSHA ALLAH.

4-in my proof of fund i got short of money around 2500 US$ and entered them in my account in 2 installments will that void my proof my fund ,moreover my proof of fund have gone below the required minimum amount at this time if they ask for an update and again i borrowed another amount and sent them the bank statement will that effect me.

if i show my wife`s bank statement will that be accepted as the net amount of both of us exceeds the minimun proof of fund or it must be only the principal application, although my wife will accompany me to canada if we got the PR INSHA ALLAH.

I would deeply appreciate if anyone who have knowledge and experience on such matters can help me clarify the above points plz

regards.

Hi,

1. You said you did not notrize the copies as required by the guide/check list.

It is better to send notarised copies, which are required according to your guide.

2. A correct PCC will make your side safer.
If you show the copy of PCC to the office from where you got it, they should issue a corrected PCC because they made a mistake.

3. You should send a letter to the visa office stating that your wife is pregnant. Show the expected delivery date also. The form are to be updated only after the child's birth.

4. when you submitted the application, at least you should have kept the minimum fund in your bank account or in your companying spouse's bank account, . As you already got PER, perhaps the VO may only ask you updated POF. Therefore you have to maintain at least the minimum required fund. You can show both yours and wife's account.
