3-March-2016 FINALLY!
Hello everyone,

Please i'm seeking professional help here, and asking you not to be rude with me cuz i already know my mistake,

I've been sponsored by my husband in canada who got his PR in 2010 but my sponsorship was refused due to getting married to him before his landing by two months and not informing cic,
he applied as single and got his PR but didn't inform them that he got married before landing,
now i can't be sponsored for good and i'm not considered a family member.
now my question is can i immigrate to canada me and our two twin baby daughters by quebec or that mistake will make me get refused from canada for life by anyway to get there?
can i apply for quebec immigration or study visa or what happened will affect my file??
please i need help and no guessing answers, please professional help only

Thanks

You need to learn to be patient if you want free advice.

Yes - you can apply for Quebec immigration along with your daughers if you qualify.

You can apply for a student visa but I think your chances of being refused are extremely high. To be approved for a student visa you must prove you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term. This will be impossible for you to prove given your husband has PR and due to the failed PR application.

Note this is not professional advice. If you want professional advice then you will have to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant.

Honestly, your in a deep hole at the moment.

The mistake wasn't a big one if only you guys would have notified the cic, you would have easily been in Canada under "family sponsership"

Migrating to Quebec can be done, visit visa; you will need to provide sufficent proof you will return. (studying at uni back home, job back home, family presence back home ect..)

Quebec skilled workers; Important you have a good understanding in french (Quebecers are big on french)

Study; I personally know a few people, who come through into Quebec with study visa. (However, they had great marks and are studying in McGill.)

I don't know how visa officer will react to your file. Due to the fact that your husband has lied about himself and not including family in his applicantion. It will be tough.

Good luck.

If you need professional advice , just hire an immigration lawyer.....
You won't be able to apply a student visa without mention about your husband because your data was already in the system....Please see the application forms for international students.....

regardless of your husband having a PR or not they will ask you if you are married or not and you can't lie about that, you have to give the actual names of your self and your husband which is already in the system. maybe somehow a lawyer might find a way to make it possible for a request from immigration to hear your husband's case and give him a chance to explain why he lied or to request for some kind of pardon.

the best might be better for you and your husband to contact a lawyer if you guys aren't sure what to do, because this is not a simple form filling mistake. they clearly tell you to inform them with all the changes which is straightforward and not difficult to do at all. I don't understand the reason you guys didn't tell them, but make sure whatever the next step you guys take don't lie! it will just make it harder for you.

good luck hope you get reunited with your family.
