It possible/legal to apply in AINP LOw-skilled category even you have only 2 months experienced to your Current Employer? and my current employer is willing to nominate me for AINP.. ANyway I'm temporary foreign worker and working as food counter attendant(low skiiled) in a restaurant for 1 year and 2 months to my previous employer here. My previous employer they already nominated. and the criteria of my category is "Only one allocation per restaurant location". that's why i resign to my previous employer. THAnk you!!!!!

Hi,

Here is the link on info on AINP semi skilled worker criteria:

http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrating/ainp-eds-semi-skilled-criteria.aspx#newcandidatecriteria

The extract relating to candidate's job experience is as follows:

As a Candidate in the foodservices industry, you must also:

Have a total of three (3) years of work experience in a job directly related to food and beverage services (abroad and/or in Canada).

Be employed in Alberta for a minimum of nine (9) months before applying to the AINP.

Hope this helps.
