Please I need Help with Passport sent with Medical Reports ASAP

Hi,
I applied for PR under FSW class in Aug 2009 to NS. Then my application was moved to New Delhi office for further processing to where I have sent all of my paper work. Now they have sent forms for Medical Test and asked us to pay the RPR fees. Well, now I am in the United States and have to get the Medical test done here. I think I have to send my Passport along with the Medical reports. So, if I send my Passport I will not have any Identity document with me since I am in a foreign country. And, if I send it how long would I be without a Passport. Please help me with these questions since I have to send the reports ASAP.

Hi, Deme,

It is not necessary to send your PP along with the medical unless the ND Visa Office has requested to submit it.
But have you ever planned how you will send your PP to ND while you are in US?.
Sending an Indian passport in/out of the country of residence is illegal.
Suppose, if you send your PP by courier to ND how you will get it back?.
Suppose, if you send your PP with a relative or friend to hand carry to India and submit, in case you are required for an interview at CHC, how can you travel without your passport.( only anticipation, rare chances for interview)

I am not trying to put you under more tension. Try to find an appropriate solution.

They have asked me to get the medicals and also send the passport. I have sent them a case specific enquiry stating that I am in a different country and what should I do, I have not got any reply as yet. They have told me to send it by 45 days and already 16 days have passed since I got the letter.

Please respond what exactly I should be doing
