Well as long as you get an appointment letter from a company, you are good to apply for work permit and while you are under work permit you can apply for PR. Generally, different provinces have different rules for obtaining PR so you will have to do the homework for yourself. As a rule of thumb, places where the weather is a bit rough and less populated, those provinces give PR more easily. Like its easiest to get a PR in Saskatchewan among the three provinces that you have mentioned.

Well I don't know what kind of fun you are actually talking about but it is actually hard to get everything in one province. Like some provinces is less expensive, some have rough weather, some are famous for clubs/pubs, etc. Just google what kind of information you are looking for and you will get all the information regarding the expenses in those provinces.

About the weather, Saskatchewan got one of the roughest weather in Canada (alongside, Alberta is catching up; thanks to global warming) with winter reaching below 50 degree and summer with like 15 above 0 or something. NB and NS has a much better weather.

who told u that University of Saskatchewan does not require GMAT???
They require minimum 500 GMAT score.. consult the program website www .edwardsmba .ca
after u graduate from university of Saskatchewan's Masters program u can be nominated for PR through SINP postgraduate category..

All the top unis in canada need GMAT for the MBA admission. Get more information by yourself.

By taking GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL test you will get admission easily regardless which uni you select and also will have the chance to receive fellowship/scholarship as well.

There are many options to get PR after the completion of Master degree and 1 year experience in your field. However,in Quebec the student can get PR a bit easy than the other provinces.

Those areas which are closest to US are very less snowy and colder. NB ans NS does not have the severe winter weather condition.

I am living right now in canada for one year now as a international student doing a diploma course in the field of human resources. As a masters student you got a very big advantage for PR..There are three provinces which can offer you a PR straight away without any work experience. They are British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario..If you are looking for a worm weather and a good multicultural atmosphere than i guess BC is there right place for you to study. Ontario can also be a good option as they offer PR straight after you study. Saskatchewan also have its own PNP system offering master graduates with a Nomination certificate to apply for a PR visa. But it really depends on where you get the admission. Saskatchewan is probably going to be much more cheaper than BC or Ontario because it is not as expensive as the other provinces...lets see where you get the admission and than you can work yourself according to it.
