Hello house
In my spousal application form i had an oversight by not stating i have been refused a visa to the UK.can this raise a red flag? What do i do? Am presently on background check.

You need to inform CIC via webform ASAP and to send CIC an updated background application via webform to provide them the correct information. If you don't do it, it can possibly lead to the misrepresentation and get you banned for 5 years.
