hi every body i just have question hope some one help me i have 2 question

1- i applied to go to Canada. family class my case in Damascus when i get my visa is it the only way
to go to Canada by Damascus airport i mean i obliged to go through Damascus or i can come back to Iraq then use Iraq airport.

2- also i need to know when i get visa when i go to Canada i think within 6 to 8 weeks i get my resident card can i visit by resident card and can i come back to Iraq live in Iraq not go to Canada for long time. then can i go back to Canada by resident card again.

1. You can come through whichever airport you want to when you land.

2. To retain your permanent resident status you have to live in Canada for at least two out of every five years.
