AS provided through the fedral skilled worker program that I could obtain 5 points if I have relatives in Canada
my question is :
my uncle is a quebec immigrant since 2 years and he is living in quebec ,so could I obtain the 5 points if I apply to the fedral skilled worker ? or relatives in Canada doesn't mean who is living in quebec ?

Hi,
For sure u can claim 5 points for ur uncle. All u need is his medical card, some utility bills or other evidence showing that he is residing in Quebec. I think u can even apply for provincial nomination program for Quebec also, just check on Canada immigration website for further details.
If u intendant to reside in another province then u can claim his points and apply under FSWP.

thanks,actually you saved my life :) as someone told me as your uncle is in quebec so he isn't considered in Canada there is difference between quebec and Canada :D
