Please Help!!!

Just wondering, my husband and I are applying for his permanent resident...I am Canadian and he is Hungarian but we both live together in Dublin Ireland. Do we send our paperwork out to the London office or the Canadian office in Missisauga or Alberta?? its a bit confusing as to which office we should be sending out our forms to, please help thanks ;D

Hi, I am assuming you are applying outland? If so, take a look at guide 3900 for spousal sponsorship.

At the bottom, it reads:

Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 4N6

first you send it to mississauga, they will transfer your file to London after you are approved as sponsor, make sure you include a document with your application to show that you have plans to settle in Canada!

you can also get processed through Vienna, if you want.

Thanks for the quick response guys!! Much appreciated Just in the process of getting all the paperwork sorted out, waiting for police certificates and medical exam...hope to be back in Canada by the end of the year just in time for Christmas turkey dinner ;D

Hopefully! were trying to time it just right so that we can get back our deposit for our lease we signed in Dec for our flat. Thanks for your help
