Hello I will be eligible to apply for citizenship in a few months time. I have questions to which I need guidance.

Question 1 - Request for different name to appear on certificate - is not applicable to me so should I leave it blank or write N/A in the space provided? Should I also do this for all questions that are not applicable to me such as 5B - Mailing address if different from home address?
Question 2 - Should i leave it blank or write N/A to questions not applivable to me?

Instruction guide, Step 2. Complete the Application (page 12)

"Complete all sections. If any section is not applicable to you, write “N/A” (“Not applicable”). If your application is incomplete it will be returned to you."


You have to write N/A to sections that are not applicable to you.
