hi guys my visa is rejected but they have not returned my documents. they only send my passport and the refusal letter. what does this mean?

What are the reasons give for rejection in the refusal letter?

they think that i wont return back after finishing my course due to my co relation with my previous studies

Well what I saw on the website is that if you submit fraudulent or misleading documents they will not be returned to you.

Well I guess you did not show any sort of country tie and hence the rejected. Ties like properties, job leave, etc. (anything that will make you come back to your country) are must if you want successful visa processing.

About the documents, like Haley have said, they do not return fake or fraudulent documents. Or did you just provide them with photocopies of everything other than the affidavit? Most of the time, they only return the original documents other than the photocopies.

You don't have to show it through inheritance. If your parents are sponsoring you, you can directly show their property through a CA firm evaluation. CHC doesn't take property deeds so you have to do the evaluation from any CA firm.

well i sent that last time but i did not send any SOP letter. now i am planning to send a SOP letter stating that i have to return back as i have this property and my parents are here and i am their only child...

if u intend to re-apply..then go ahead..incase u do not intend to re-apply or do it any time soon then just email them asking for the documents

I guess there might have been some mistake or something. Just re-send the documents along with a very strong SOP and hopefully you will get the visa this time

You are welcome Well after all visa is just a privilege and not a right (found it somewhere in the application form) and you have to fight for privilage
