Hello , I am green card holder my mother that lives in canada sponsored me to come live with her, I was recently deported for accidently overstaying on February 2020, we applied for sponsorship because I was under 22, few days ago the ircc sent us a file number acknowledging our application, and today they sent me a mail to do my medical exam, I was wondering is this sort of good news , or its nothing for now ? Please someone advice me of my next steps
