My husband just got a letter from immigration to update his humanitarian and compassionate application so that they dont have to make a decision using his old application.the problem is after his first application his work permit expired and he cldnt get a new one if he wasnt in school so he has been working in the same company upto now without a work permit. and now we have got the letter from immigration to update what he has been upto and update his employment record and we are very worried what can he do?i myself am not a citizen or permanent resident yet.should we just put that he has been working?wont immigration reject him because he worked without a work permit and in canada you are not permitted to work without a work permit. please help us if there are any options or advice us on what to do
