Hii !

Me and my husband both work permit holder and have multiple entry visa stamp on Indian passport.

I got RPRF during November 2018 and still not PPR. We want to go to India in December and want to do flight booking.

We have so much confusion that, what if we got PPR but don't get PR card by that time ? Can we still go on India on the basis of multiple worker visa ? We have work permit until 2021. Or else is there any type of visa which we can take it if we got PPR but don't get PR card ?

I know that we cant say anything until we got PPR. But I thought if someone have any idea about some kind off visa we can take it to re-enter in Canada after our India trip if they don't accept our multiple entry visa and we don't have PR card ?

Thanks

Once you land as PRs any previous visa you had be it a study, a TRV or a work permit are no longer valid. If you leave the country having landed as PRs but before you have your PR cards you will need to apply for PrTDs in India in order to board plane back to Canada. Alternatively if you have US visas fly back via US / Canada land border with your COPRs.
