Please Help

Hi Guys,

I am preparing the application for my spouse and facing some challenges. Please help me with this.


PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO SPONSOR

1)How do i put and compile all the whatsapp messages, call logs etc. in 10 pages? Should i just copy the text from different conversations on MS word and print it or i should take screenshots of whatsapp messages on phone and paste it on word? Please advise .

2) How to arrange and put wedding ceremony pics?

a) It says put a maximum of 20 pics. Would it be enough?
b) Should i put the brief intro for the pics on their back side or what?

Please advise guys.

1. For social media messages like Whatapp and Facebook Messenger, we tried to take screen shots which would not only provide a sample of a conversation but also include proof of date stamps. If you left postings on each other's facebook where you can see comments between yourself and your friends/family, those are very helpful too.

2. 20 pics max is for the whole application. My wife and I organized our photos on 20 letter sized sheets of paper (MS Word) and had 1 or 2 pictures per sheet of paper. On the sheet, we also included a header of what the event was, the date, and listed who was also pictured as well as a small description. Specifically regarding wedding pictures, we sent 2 or 3 out of the allowed 20 pictures. I wouldn't send original pictures. I'd scan them and place them electronically in a Word document.

Question: How many screenshots should i put on a single page? For example : Should i put 5-6 screenshots on a single word page and so on or what? We can only provide a maximum of 10 pages.

Question: In the Guide it says put the description on the back of the pictures. But i like the concept of pasting them on sheets and writing the description. Just concerned.
Also, i didn't understand it"I wouldn't send original pictures". Do we need to print the pictures on photo paper or on normal sheets and then send it?

1. For screenshots we used 1 screenshot per page for Facebook or the text of the post would end up too small. We only chose a few in total.

2.normal paper is fine and we didn't even print the pictures separately. In MS Word you can insert digital pictures and resize them and type text around them. I'll send you an example in a private message.
