10th(ICSE) - 74.1%
12Th(Karnataka,Commerce) - 84
BCom - 61% Average

Work Experience - 11 months

What are my visa chances?

I have paid the fees for George Brown College - Marketing Mangement(B406).

After the end of which I want to study 2 8 month courses again. Is that allowed and possible? Mainly to attain my CPA and eventually the PR.

I applied for B406 because, the program is very good and I also get a 4 month internship + GBC is far better than the other colleges in Ontario

IELTS? Financial support? Tie to home country?

2 same level courses back to back? In my understanding, next to impossible.

IELTS = 7.5. with nothing less than 7.

Fees paid. Will show 10,200$ + 17L INR in bank account + land papers in parents name.

Are you sure? Then so I do only the 1 year course in gbc + another 8 month course and get 3 year work visa?

In my experience I have not seen anybody successfully getting that, rather I know people getting rejected for the same. If you are very keen to do that, write a super strong SOP.

Looks like you are focusing on PR. If so, you stand a better chance if you look for a master's degree by the end of your diploma. If there is reasonable progress in your study plan, VO will accept that. Afterwards you can apply for PR with PGWP.

$10200 GIC ?

Finance is good. So is IELTS. Tie to home country is weak. Include your pay stubs from 11 months job experience. Also ask your company (or job authority) to write you a letter that they will hire you after you come back finishing the degree. If you can manage that, it will be strong and almost certain success (provided there is no prob with rest of the package, of course!).

Delhi or bglr?

That's disappointing. But I have seen many people getting accepted for a diploma again, with their course diploma extension at least my friends relatives have got it.

Getting a letter from the company isn't really easy tbh. I have written in my SOP that I will come back etc.

That's OK. Many people do not have that letter, still gets study permit. Try your luck, my friend. Including pay stub will definitely prove the point that you are in good shape in your home country.
Don't give up!

As per your question about study plan. Post my 1 year study in GbC. My plan of two 8 month courses back to back is firstly for my CPA and CPA is widely regarded so I think the vo can accept it.
