Hi..need help..I am a single mother who is here with mu daughter.. i went over my 20hrs per week...like I work 25 this week..then 15..the next week..how woul it affect me? That was last year..between September and December I worked in total 270 hrs.which willgive me 80hrs for September,October and November and 30hrs for December...but do they check by months or weeks?

Rules are clear 20 hours per week, you should not assume working less one week then making up the following week is OK. Whether you are discovered is probably unlikely but risk of discovery is always there in any future applications where payslips for example are required to be shown for any reason otherwise unlikely.
