I have done 2 post grads in I.T and worked for 2 years in ontario\
I had a positive lmia and applied for p.r but got refused because my lawyer didn't submit all the documents
now my lmia has expired and i am thinking of going for a PNP in other provinces
can anyone tell me do i quaify for pnp of any province if not then if I do a 1 year masters in a province will I qualify? which province will give me a pnp if I studied in a one-year masters. My previous lawyer told me Ontario PNP is closed
I don't know what to do
please help guys!!!

so my then lawyer forgot to submit the offer of employment
however full lmia document and record of employment were submitted
now i have hired another lawyer firm and taken the case to fedral court asking for another chance to submit the missing document
but my now lawyer has said there isnt much of a chance
so my employer has also applied for a fresh lmia
my work permit expired in august and i have been given 90 days to leave or apply for a visitors visa
so i will wait till the 85th day that is first week of november and then apply for a visitors visa
i was told by my now lawyer that we dont have much of a case in the fedral court
so we are counting on the lmia and in case that fails i need to enrol in masters to stay
so if i have to do masters ill do it in a province that will give me a pnp
this is my entire case
please advise whih province will give me a pnp on doing a 1 year master
background:
3 year bachelor from india in computer applications
2 post grad of 1 year each from sheridan college
2 years of exp as a web developer in ontario
