i dont know where to start! i am furious. today i have receieved a letter and our original document that i sent when i applied the sponsorship for my wife from nairo embassy, the immigration officer said he closed our file because we did not reply to the letter that he had send last january, but the thing WE DID, i had send him an email few days after i received his email. before i even get the actual letter via mail. he also sent it to my email. so i just replied to the same email that he send his letter from and i have got a confirmation email that says the embassy has received! 30 days later, i sent another email asking if they received my email and what is the next email.
no respond, another 3 weeks later i sent another one! than i called them, the reception lady took my name, file number etc said she will pass to the immigration section they will send me an email. two days later i receieved an email from them saying they had made a decsion and it will come to me via email. the officer replied one of my emails that i send a month earlier which i was asking if they received my email. he didnt reply then and now they are saying they havnt received anything from us!! what should i do now? i have all the evidence. confirmation of each email that i sent to them. i just dont know what to do now, should i send all my evidence back to them. they said i can appeal but how long will that take? can not they reopen since i have proof that we have not abandon our application.
