Hi

I am an international student but my re-entry visa expired over 90 days and I don't know what to do now.. Could anyone please help.

Thanks,

Leo

As long as your study permit is valid, you can stay in Canada.
If you wish to leave Canada, and then re-enter, you will need to apply for temporary resident permit before you return to Canada.

Hi

Thank you very very much. My study permit is valid. I just didn't realized my visa was expired. But what procedure should I follow now? I think "under the restoration of status" section, it specifies that the expiration has to within 90 days and I missed this limit by just a few days. Thank you very much again.

No, if your study permit is still valid, you are legally entitled to stay in Canada even if your TRV has expired. If you need to travel anywhere else outside of canada, you need to apply a TRV which enables you to re-enter canada. With a student permit, you can travel but it does not allow re-entry canada. If you need to apply for a TRV, then the closest Canadian Embassy is in USA.
