Hi, can someone please help me. I got an email from cic yesterday asking me if I have travelled or have had any illnesses since my medical last year. This is to determine if I'm eligible for medical extension. How do I reply to this email? Do I send them a reply through email and attach a copy of my passport or should I post a letter. Please help

I haven't dealt with this specifically but you should be able to reply to the officer directly by email, especially if it's a simple answer. Make sure to include your application number and Client ID number with it.
