my work permit is gonna expire next month but I want to change my status in Canada to visitor so I can stay for another 2 months
my question is when I try to fill (IMM 5708) what do I check for this question :

Check the appropriate box or boxes to indicate if you are applying for:
1) an extension of a temporary resident status
2) an initial or extension of a temporary resident permit
3) a restoration of your status as a visitor.
