In the additional family information form, do I need to include all my brother's and sister's names??

The reason why I am asking this is, my sister's DOB is unknown.

Can I mention only my brother's name??

Please help me on this..

yes, you need to include all..

i'm a little surprised by why your sister's DoB would be unknown. Am sure she writes her DoB on some forms, must have a matriculation certificate, a passport, old school she went to....

if still you cannot arrange for her DoB, then better write an explanation to why her DoB is not available and what all efforts you made to find the DoB.

If you are unmarried than in family members detail you include your parents, brothers and sister but if you are married than your family members are your spouse, children only.

Ms Nisha, If you read guide carefully, Then you will come to know that You will have to write all family mebers.(even if you are married.)
Secondly you must mention all family members whether they are going with you or not.

If DOB is not know then you can write age only. ( it is mentioned in guide)
