hi my name is rahul sharma im from delhi.my profile is
10-71%
12-67%
b.tech-61%(16 backlogs)
ielts-6.5(l-7.5,s-6.5,w-6.5,r-6.0)
i started my b.tech in 2007 but due to backlogs it completed in nov,2012.it took 1 and half year more.now I'm applying for pg courses related to my field.funds and everything is ok.but my main question is will college accept me with this profile.and if college accept me will i get visa.what should i do now.

You can get admission in colleges.
But better apply in General Stream
You got too many backlogs.

mera ik friend gya yaar january ch ohdi mere ton wadd c backlog but unfortunately mera contact nahi ho reha ohde naal.same profile c ohdi mere wargi.kayi lokan da backlog de naal v lag gya te kayian da koi backlog naa hon te v reject hogya.samaj nahi aa reha ki chakar hai.

and one thing more as my academic record is not good.should i apply for PG course or diploma.?

You have a bachelor degree, so obviously you should go for PG Diploma

Yaar eehna de reasons ni samaj aande saale moody aa i dont think profile matters at all
