Iam a foreign student who is graduating from Toronto University this year. I have lived in Canada for 4 years and this is my 5th year.Please kindly guide as what would be my next step after grauduation as in interms of what visa i need to apply for so i can start working in canada as my aim is to get permenant residence of Canada. 1. Assuming Toronto University is the University of Toronto, then you can apply for a Post Graduate work permit, with a 4 year degree, you will be eligible for a 3 year work permit.
2. If you get a skilled job, NOC A, B or O, after 1 year of skilled work you can apply under the CEC program.
