Hello All!

Is it possible to send another set of application because the first one is incomplete?
From the info I got on this forum, if the app is incomplete, they will send back the whole app package to me. I just don't want to wait for that and would rather send another one again if possible.

Thanks!

Under which category you applied and what was missing in your application? When did you send it?

I think it really depends on what is missing. Sometimes they don't send the whole application back, they only ask for some missing forms, and you don't loose your place in the queue.... Sometimes they send the application back and you have to "start over". At that point, best is to wait and see what they say, also because it might confuse them to receive 2 applications for the same applicant, and might create more delays....
Luckily, they seem to be opening november and december applications quite quickly, so you should know quite soon if your application is returned or not. You can prepare everything that you think is missing, and then when asked for it, send it right away.
Hopefully it won't delay your application too much.
Good luck,
Sweden

This certainly is lot of missing documents. How come?

Please also read this. Onus is on the applicant to prove that it was not misrepresentation:
Note: You cannot misrepresent any relevant facts in your application. You cannot misrepresent your family members and marital status, and you must inform Citizenship and Immigration Canada of any change in circumstances. You must identify all of your family members in the application. The person you are sponsoring must also disclose and have each of their close family members examined for security checks, criminality checks and medical exam by CIC or the sponsored person will be barred from sponsoring those members in the future.

Too much confusion and information coming from my spouse's side.
I listened to him. I should have listened to myself and to what I know.

With all that missing, they will probably just return it. I would wait, and resend it. If you send a new application, you will have to pay for another application as well. If they send it back, you are just out the $75 dollars.
If they don't return it, you can send the missing documents to the visa office processing the application, once you get a file number.
