I will Pply for family visa I'm Egyptian and my wife is Canadian
I done all the papers but I need help about 2 things

1- should I do medical exanimantion now and send it with forms? Or wait until embassy ask me to do it

2 I was living in Kuwait for 3 years and I need police record from there my question is how I get request from Canadian embassy to Kuwait embassy in Egypt so I can do it

An answer to your first question:

I beleive that with all spousal/common law etc application you always do the medical first. You will get a proof from that doctor which you can send along with your application. The doctor will send the results of your medical to Missasauga (or however you spell that).

The second question. I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that.

Print out that page. Use a text marker to highlight "a request from the Canadian embassy". Write a short letter to the Canadian embassy in Egypt explaining that your wife is Canadian and wants to sponsor you but you need the request mentioned in order to get your PCC. Ask them to please write up such a request letter and send it to you.

Send this to letter the Canadian embassy in Egypt. Address here:

The Canadian embassy should then send you a request and you can use that to get your PCC from the Kuwait embassy.

If you mean the additional family information form, yes, it should include your parents and siblings.

Sorry no Leon he's talking about a request specific for the visa office in Egypt called the family composition certificate (keyd elaely). If you go to the Cairo office thread they will help you with that question. I asked the same question and was told that they both work, whether it is your keyd or your family's. personally, my husband just issued his that composed of him and i. Others did their family, father, mother, brothers and sisters. its not really clear which one is required.

You are right but anyone will understand that from the immigration guide thy are asking for family one because I don't have baby and I'm only and my wife
