Hi I have tried to ask these two questions before, but still not sure. Please help me.

1). in IMM5406 - additional family information, it says"complete all names in English and in your native language (for example, arabic, cyrillic, chinese, chinese commercial/telegraphic code .....)" is this mean I have to write two names? how should I present it？

2).Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008], Question 10: Current country of residence. i was an international student from 2008.09-2011.08, and i'm now in PGWP since 2011.08. When I filled this section out, my status should be: Worker, but for the date from, should i fill as 2008.09 when i started living in Canada? or 2011.08 when i started being a worker here?

thanks for the info, and I have another question:

in the generic application form, Application details-question 4- Immigration office requested for processing this application:
my answer is "CPP-O" as I have been in Canada over 1 year and will stay here till the end of the processing, is this correct?
