Please help with WES requirements (since WES won't reply)

Hi !
I have been trying to get a clear answer from WES for over a month, but I only get generic replies ('visit our web page' type) which are weeks apart.

I have a distance learning degree from UK (proper uni, not degree mill). I am in Pakistan.

Do I just have to get my degree transcripts sent to WES by the uni, or
Must I also get secondary schooling records sent to them (that's the 'extra' requirement for degrees from Pakistani universities).

Maybe someone here can clarify?

As per my understanding as well as reading and gaining information on different forums, answer to your question is -

A. It is not compulsory that your university will mail the WES themselves while you too are allowed to collect and mail them yourself. BUT remember all the degree transcripts are need to be attested and dated as well as envelope need to be sealed and signed.

Answer to your second question is YES, you need to mail them up your secondary schooling records too.
