Please help with this dilemma reg. applying

Hi friends,
I got my AINP nomination in January. I applied for PCCs in February 1st week. I received all my PCCs except from FBI.

My understanding is that recently it takes about 4 months before hearing from FBI. As I am waiting for my FBI card yet, meanwhile I am concerned that my other PCCs will start expiring. So, I am just thinking of going ahead and sending what I have right now (except FBI card) with the full application to the Buffalo office, and wait for their file number so I can send FBI card later..But my concern is that what if the FBI card also expires ( more than 3 months) before I wait for the file number?? It seems that it is taking about 3-5 months for just getting the file number (AOR) from Buffalo office!!

Hope you understand my dilemma...please share your experience reg. this and give your inputs..

Go ahead and send your application to Buffalo, with a note explaining your position.

Don't worry about the FBI certs expiring. The rule is - the FBI certificates should not have been requested more than 3 months before the application is filed. So you should be fine. Send you app to CIC. Once you get your AOR you can then send your FBI certificate. Please note this is one opinion only.
