This letter is to certify that XXXX Consulting employed XXXX as a Consultant, Business Analyst and Project Management from May 23, 2013 to August 5, 2014. She was employed in a full-time, permanent capacity (40 hours per week).
Ms. XXX annual gross salary was XXX which came in effect on July 1, 2014. Prior to that, her annual salary was XXXX. Ms. Guntupalli was also entitled to a guaranteed minimum profit share of XXXX per year that was paid out on each semi-monthly payroll.
Ms. XXXX job duties included, but were not limited to, the following:
• Documenting testing requirements for a provincial terminology services solution, this included developing test scripts, preparing test cases, creating test data, executing test cases and working with the testing team and developers to resolve any identified software defects
• Developing business mapping and transformation rule documents (requirements) for a provincial public health application – this involved creating test scripts, performing data conversion testing and documenting defects.
