Please help with my SOWP doubts

Hello there. I thank you in advance for the help!

so, my husband got his student visa and went to Canada in this fall 2022 intake.

we got married in April 2022 only. It’s been 6 months since we got married.

Now shall I apply for SOWP .If I apply will I get the visa?/

please help me with this anyone.

Hi, As soon as you have official marriage certificate you will be able to apply as a spouse.
