Please Help with IELTS test selection...

Hi everybody,

I wanted to book our tests this evening, but it has come to my attention that to be able to obtain a teaching licence in BC, one has to have proof of the academic IELTS test. Now my concern is that for EE it says we should only use the General IELTS Tests to apply. Which one do I do? I don't really want to have to do it again if i can avoid it.

AFAIK, you need to give IELTS general for PR process, and Academic for academic purposes. I don't think there is a way around it. You can plan for IELTS academic after getting the PR, maybe?
