Please help with citizenship application form

Hello members, hope you are doing great and healthy,

I am first time applicant for citizenship, i am filling up citizenship application form, i have some questions, Please can you help me with them

Question #1. Someone told me that I need a person with valid canadian passport to sign somewhere on my citizenship form, i am not sure if this is true? ( I dont see anything regarding this on form or document checklist )

Question #2. Someone told me that I need a person with valid canadian passport to sign on one of the two photos i will sending with my citizenship application, is this true? ( I dont see anything regarding this on form or document checklist )

Question #3. IN the form in point #12 B where they are asking about taxes, I have not filed taxes for 2019 yet as date has been extended to june2020, so will i will filling like following:, is this correct? I was student in 15 so i skipped that year and did all in 2016,

Question #4 - Did I fill 13 AND 14 right? Because I obtained citizenship by birth so i will my birthday in "DATE OBTAINED" ,correct?

Question #5 - I am using PUROLATOR so I will be sending to courier mail address at following address, is it OK?

For Question 1 and 2, the info which you got is incorrect, you dont need anyone to sign your application, except you and on your passport photos it will be a stamp and date of photo studio where you take your photos.

And answers to question 3 and 4 which you provided, looks to be correct.

And for question 5, yes you need to use 49 Dorchester Street as a courier address.

Yes you can do that, to be eligible, you may need to file personal income taxes for at least 3 years within the 5-year period
