I received my provincial nominee certificate and sent my permanent residency application to CIC on December 2016. I received an email from CIC on March 2017, is this AOR?

If this is AOR: Can I send my bridge open work permit application one day before my current work permit expires to take advantage of all the time I was allotted as allowed by implied status? Or implied status doesn't apply here?
Do I need any other document from CIC to apply for bridge? My work permit expires in August.
