I think my question is not relevant to this forum. but i have small hope that some one will help on me below.
Recently my friend has applied for Visiting visa(B1/B2) to USA. he has been working in Canada from last 16 months and he has family members in USA, but not in Canada. Hence they have rejected. They have suspected that he will not come back. He has approached his employer and employer agreed to apply for Business Visa(B1/B2). They issue same visa(B1/B2) For vistit and business. Do they reject again if he go through employer as they knew earlier that he wanted to visit his family members.
