After I have received my ita can I change the name of my second employer and my designation albeit under the same NOC?

As I have work reference letters from both employers ( second employment, same duration) but proof of salary from one. During the same time, as I work as a lawyer. Alternatively should I explain this in the loe and show both letters.

I have a letter and proof of salary from my first employer which I will show. The 3rd employment is a month old and I have the relevant documents for the same, however may not be eligible to claim points under but will still show.

Also, if one shows work history as under a parent while receding monthly salary do we need to show any additional documents along with the same. Can one show this?

Advise on the above is immensely helpful. Thank you.

Yes you can change and expain in LOE.

As long as reference letters cover all required details, no need for proof of salary.

Put this on in personal history.

Thank you so much for your reply. To clarify in my express entry profile I wrote an advocate’s name as my second employer.
In my ITA application I have changed that to show my father ( he is a doctor and I worked as a legal advisor to him) as my second employer as I worked for him as a legal advisor, and have proof of income tax returns and bank statements.
I have a reference letter from the advocate lady also , however as she paid me in cash on a monthly basis, can I show the latter ( her letter) in personal history and explain my situation in the LOE.
Thank you so much for your valuable advise.

I would recommend showing one reference letter per employment as multiple letter may lead to confusion for VO. As long as your reference letter is legit and accurate, you shouldn't be having any issue. You can certainly show tax returns and bank statements showing salary deposit to support your application. For any changes you made in EE profile after receiving ITA, you may explain in LOE.

How long was your first employment? If it was more than 3 years, then you don't even need to include other employments in work history, but put them in personal history instead.

Thanks again, my first employment was 5 months and the second was for 2 years and one month and have started a new job now for a little over a month. Hence the issue. It’s a long term employment that I am showing papers for and feel should show salary proof and can explain in loe that it was an apprenticeship with the other advocate that I worked for, for a stipend maybe as I won’t show salary proof from her. But will show salary proof and other details from my dad. I hope it will be ok.

As long as you are honest in your explanation and have documentation to prove the same, you are all set. Cheers!

Just be totally honest and explain in the LOE. I did the same, changed my employer name as I was getting paid by a sister company. I explained that in the LOE and it passed.
