Hi Guys,
thanks so much in advance for you time
heres the situation,
I am here on a 6 month visitors visa, expiering 1st october, I am here with my boyfriend who is on a 2 year working visa
I am wanting to extend till january 30th 2013
I am scared they will knock me back as I have two drink driving australian convictions (from when I was young and very stupid ) if anyone has experience with this situation any advise would be appricitate. Do they have access to older criminal records? Should I just leave that out of my application?
Or
We are planning a roadtrip into the U.S 1 week before my visa expires for Canada and will be there for 5 weeks. Do I need to apply for a visistors visa for the U.S and will I be allowed entry back into Canada at the end of the 5 weeks?
I have a flight booked to leave Canada for November 20th. Will they just give me another visitors visa when I get to the boarder if I show them I have a flight out?
Thanks
