please i need help immigration just wrote back to me regarding my permanent residency application and this is what they said "factors are assessed to decide whether to grant an exemption from certain legislative requirements to allow your application for permanent residenceto be processed from within canada.second you must meet all the other statutory requirements of the immigration and refugee protection act for emaple medical, security and passport considerations and arrangements for care and support.the second decision is made only if you have recieved an expemption.before they make a decision can be made for exempting me from the requirements of the immigration and refugee act protection act further info is needed, specifically due to the date of the latest submissions any new updated information is required.

canadian immg requires applicants to obtain a permanent resident visa outside of canada before coming here.explain why there might be special reasons to exempt you from this requirement and allow you to apply from witin canada for permanent residence.what excessive hardship will you suffer if you have to submit an application at a visa office outside of canada as required by law?ensure that you provide evidence or documents to support your statements.please note that it is not neccesary to provide documentation that was already submitted in the past.
please reply witin days if not the decision about exemption will be made bassed upon the info on my file.
Basically thats what immigration wrote me and i really dont understand what they mean by this could someone help?
thx alot in advance
