Please Help Urgent

Dear All,

I applied to CIC for immigration as skilled worker. I sent all the application on 31st oct and then I realized that I have forgot to send my wife's additional family information form. I thought this application would be rejected and I had read on the forum that they don't keep any record of the incomplete applications. So I filled all the forms again including my wife's additional family information form and sent the application to CIC on 3rd Nov. I was using the same credit card both information both the times. On 21st jan I received AOR from CIC asking me to submit the full documents in 120 days. And now today I have received an email with another B****** no telling me my credit card information was invalid. And asking me to send the payment via credit card or some other method in 30 days. Actually they issued me the AOR on first application and charged the card, when they tried to charged my card second time it was denied because of limit was exhausted. Now what should I do. I am afraid since my first application didn't include my wife's additional family information form, it may create some problems in future. Any senior member. Please help, I am confused.

I don't think your wife additional family info will create any issue in this case. They don't review that info in the initial processing. Write to CIC and tell them to cancel the 2 app and that you will be sending your wife additional family info with your full documents.

I think i am on my way to pass through similar experience, my first application recieved at CIO on 9 April, then i realized that i did 2 mistakes, first one is that my Credit card will be suspnded in less than 2 month as i will be leaving my country of residence (KSA), and accordingly they might not be able to charge it if the application was not processed in the coming 2 months, second i realized that my Job duties were not properly presented, after considering the whole issue i decided to stop my credit card immedietly so that CIO will not process it and I have sent another modified application with DD for payment.

based on your previous experience , I can expect to have 2 files, one with pending payment and other will be fine , in that case i can withdraw the first one and proceed with the second.

what do you think about that ?
