Could someone who have an understanding on the CLB Level tell me what CLB Level is this CELPIP Scores:

Speaking: 10

Listening: 10

Reading: 6

Writing: 8

I believe the CELPIP scores in your case are the same as CLB levels. Refer this page for more details ..
