Under the CORRESPONDENCE, OUTGOING, there is a mention that they may have sent a letter, document type being APPLICATION TRANSFERRED. and under ITEMS REQUESTED: Kit, Application forms for PA. Created 10th May ( in process) , DUE DATE 2012/09/07

I dont see any problem with your File.
My guess is they have deliberately kept its processing halted like they are doing for thousands and thousands of other ND applicants. the reason they say that

A just-in-time system that recruits people with the right skills to meet Canada’s labour market needs, fast tracks their immigration, and gets them(FSW) working in a period of months, not years.

I am sure with the returning of 280,000 applications of Pre Feb 2008 , CIC will have ample amount of time to process cases like yours.

Hi , My NOC is 0111 .
Also, they project the estimated time based on the no.of applications received.
This may ease up a bit with some being rejected at the eligibility level.
Also, it may help, if they reduce the CAP further and increase the no.of Visas for each VO.

I hope to hear something in Sep, either MR ( going by the current trend at ND, Feb/MAr IP are getting MR ) or docs update or both...
My theory is , they expect my finalization to occur by May 2013, My Medical may be such that, it would expire by 2013 May. I know , its wishful thinking...but hope so.. ( they had sent a replyto my CSQ 2 months ago that my file will be reviewed by 2012 June and finalization wither end of 2012 or 2013 )

As of now, I can be assured that I have met Eligibility, points awarded as I had assessed myself etc from the notes. Only thing they want is Spouses Matriculation Certificate...Wonder why..I have not claimed points for Spouse education etc...
