Please help to understand my ECAS

Hi Friends!
I have a wired situation here. I'm an inland CEC applicant. My ECAS says "Decision Made" as the underline status. But when I click on it, my 4 line ECAS are:
1) We received your application for permanent residence on October 4, 2015.
2) We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 4, 2015.
3) We started processing your application on October 14, 2015.
4) Medical results have been received.

But MYCIC shows:
Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
A final decision has been reached Not Started

Is this something that I have to worry about or a Halloween treat from CIC?

Hi,maybe you can give more info,as you indicate here they start your application in 14 of Oct,did you get any request to send Celpit,fee or another documents....?

I did IELTS and I attached my IELTS result sheet with my application. I paid my both fees when I applied. I believe I submitted as much as possible documents because I kept everything organized. I'm a PGWP holder and I applied for CEC last year but my application was returned because the gap was reached.

Well in this case i think you are very lucky,they process your application in 2 weeks ,you will get PPR request next week...I'm happy for you,we have same timeline but i don't have any news so far... ...not even Celpip request....
